Cathy is a passionate entrepreneur with a diverse technical background and experience with multiple successful start-up companies.  Cathy has led teams in the software industry for more than ten years, both in the U.S. and China, and has always delivered the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Her leadership and unique skill set is the driving force behind ConfPlus.  She received a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemical Engineering and Software Engineering from the Tsinghua University in China.

Before co-founding ConfPlus he worked as a research and development software engineer for a leading healthcare software company in the U.S.  He has done extensive research and published more than fifteen journal and conference papers in the fields of wireless sensor networks, computer vision, robotics, bio-sensing and signal processing.  Huaming received a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in China.

Vicky is an accomplished entrepreneur and business development veteran. Prior to joining ConfPlus, she co-founded a startup in China which recently raised Series B funding of $20 million USD led by Sequoia Capital. Also, she was leading a sales team to generate millions of dollars in revenue within 2 years for an international education service company. Vicky earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Computer Science and English Literature from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
