ConPlus expands its footprint to Montana, after successfully working with several state-wide educators/teachers associations, such as Michigan Council for Maths Teachers Association, Nebraska Music Educators Association and Illinois Music Education Association. For the first time in history, Montana Council for Exceptional Children Association adopted ConfPlus mobile app at their annual conference. The picture shows that one staff from the organizing team explained features and functionality of ConfPlus to all attendees on the first day of the conference.

ConfPlus Makes Progress at IMEX Conference

Earlier this month team members Vicky Hu and Ang Shen attended the worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events. The IMEX America 2013 conference was held in Las Vegas, NV October 14-16. Vicky and Ang met with numerous destination management companies and professional conference organizers to promote the ConfPlus App. Their attendance at IMEX made great advancements in organizational networking and creating new client and partner contacts.

ConfPlus Wins GEW 50 in Startup Open Competition

Today Global Entrepreneurship Week announced that ConfPlus have been selected as one of the “GEW 50″ — a list of the 50 most innovative new companies competing in the Startup Open.

Startup Open, a featured event of Global Entrepreneurship Week, is a global competition to identify and recognize startup companies founded between GEW 2011 and GEW 2012. It is open to any entrepreneurs who have just started, or are about to start, a new venture and have a “startup moment” between November 22, 2011, and November 20, 2012.

ConfPlus will now go through a second round of judging to select the overall winners, which will be announced on Monday, Nov. 12, the opening day of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

ConfPlus Wins 1 of 10 Coveted Spots in ANZ Innovyz START Accelerator Program

Adelaide, Australia: ANZ Innovyz START today announced that ConfPlus, an innovative mobile service that facilitates registering, communicating, scheduling, and networking at conferences, is one of the ten innovative companies that have been selected for the coveted three month accelerator program launched by ANZ and Innovyz. Since its launch on February 28, the ANZ Innovyz START accelerator had over 130 Australian and International applicants to the 12-week program.

The program has signed on over 45 mentors from Australia and around the world. Some of the best innovators and business minds will be spending a week in Adelaide with the ten companies in the accelerator and will maintain an ongoing mentoring relationship with the participants. Seven of the ten companies selected are from Australia: Sydney (1), Brisbane (2), and Adelaide (4) and three are international: USA (2) and New Zealand (1).
