Lesley is accredited meetings manager with Meetings Events Australia. She has over 20 years of conference industry experience and an in-depth understanding of this market, with particularly strong contacts in Australia.

Lesley holds an Advanced Diploma of Meetings Management and is multi awarded for her professionalism and management skills for business development, managing meetings and events throughout Australia, and received the Muriel Ellis Memorial Award for outstanding services to the meetings industry of South Australia.

Vicky’s expertise lies in start-ups in various stages of both Internet and traditional service. Prior to joining ConfPlus, She co-founded Xunclub.com, the first social media marketing analysis website in China. In Xunclub, Vicky has managed business channel development and designed data mining models. Vicky also worked as the secretary general of US-China Federal Association of Business Councils (UCFABC), and the director of International Educational Center of the Association. Before UCFABC, she worked for eBay Research Labs as a research consultant.

Before co-founding ConfPlus, Huaming worked as an R&D software development engineer for Epic Systems, a leading healthcare software company in U.S. Huaming received his Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from Michigan Technological University, and his M.S. and B.E. degrees in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, China. His research was in the fields of wireless sensor networks, computer vision, robotics, and biosensing and signal processing.

Prior to co-founding ConfPlus, Cathy owned and managed a software consulting company for several years. In the past ten years, she has successfully led a number of software projects and achieved the high customer satisfaction both in US and China. Cathy received her master degree in computer science from University of Texas at Austin, and her bachelor degree in chemical engineering and 2nd bachelor degree in software engineering from the Tsinghua University, China.
